Dr. Paul Jilani is a Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics Manager, Healthcare Supply Chain Analysts, Founder & CEO of NADHIFU Consultancy — and a Board member of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board (PPARB) in Nairobi Kenya.
Dr. Jilani joined Expert Procurement Training College (EPTC) in early June of 2021 as the Course Facilitator and partner. Dr. Jilani holds a Doctorate in Global Supply Chain Management from Walden University, USA. His studies also include an MBA in Procurement and Supplies Management from KCA University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Kenya Methodist University, Nairobi Kenya. He is an experienced trainer of trainers, facilitator, university lecturer. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and is an alumnus of the Strathmore Business School Executive Coaching for Managers Program (ICF Certified), and Public Policy Executive Program.
Dr. Paul Jilani is a seasoned Supply Chain Specialist with over 15 years of extensive experience in industry procurement, logistics and supply chain management. He has extensive training and expertise in procurement and logistic processes, humanitarian supply chain, operations management, strategic sourcing & management, warehousing & distribution, and shipping & import management among others. He is a depth in developing strategic approaches to corporate procurement and supply chain management processes from inception to successful completion while executing sustainable supply chain decisions in diverse industries.
Dr. Jilani is currently a board member of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board (PPARB) of the Republic of Kenya mandated in reviewing, hearing and determining tendering and asset disposal disputes conferred to the review board by the Act, Regulations or any other written law of the Republic of Kenya.,
