With a strong background in remote location Warehouse & Logistics management, he excels in overcoming challenges with adept problem-solving skills and best practices.
Throughout his career, Sela has demonstrated proficiency in Bulk Materials Management, Supplier Management, and Fixed Price Agreements (Contracts). He has been a pivotal member of the Porgera Gold Mine (PJV) Supply Chain Leadership Team, contributing significantly to Bulk Materials management, Fixed Plant Equipment, parts and spares, MRO & Catalogue, warehouse Inventory, Fuel and Hydrocarbon, Logistics, and Transport operations.

In his recent role as Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at International SOS, Papua New Guinea, he was responsible for overseeing both international and local procurement and logistics of medical consumables, cold chain, and equipment. Managing supplier contracts, negotiations, tender processes, and vendor vetting while maximizing service levels and revenue growth.
Sela holds a Diploma in Commerce in Accountancy from the PNG University of Technology, Higher Certificate in Business Studies along with various APICS CPIM Certifications in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management. He is also well-versed in ERP systems including JDE, SAP, Coupa, Pronto and Oracle Applications.
